Casual Administrative Assistant II – Île-à-la-Crosse

Responsibilities:
Provide support concerning the setup and take-down of lab supplies and classroom supplies. Follow an itemized list to create a lab space, track inventory, and keep supplies in order. Move supplies out of storage into classroom space and, at the end of each session, back to storage in the correct locations.
Qualifications:
Grade 12, with some previous work experience, attention to detail is a must. Accurate tracking skills, punctual and reliable when required for work.
Location: Île-à-la-Crosse, Saskatchewan
Remuneration: GDI/DTI AA II Grid Placement
Term: August 2025 – August 2026
