What You’ll Do:
- Help lead the New Vehicle Department in daily operations and staff supervision
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience from sales to service
- Drive performance targets, sales goals, and customer satisfaction standards
- Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and team development
- Provide expert advice on sales and leasing
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail automotive sales
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- A passion for cars and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license required
