About the role
OneSoftWay is seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Software Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth for AutoSoftWay - autosoftway.com. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell AutoSoftWay solutions and services to new and existing customers.
- Conduct outbound cold calls/emails to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Identify, approach, and initiate business relationships where our software can add value.
- Cultivate and respond to marketing leads while identifying new lead generation opportunities.
- Use a consultative selling approach to uncover business opportunities and deliver effective solutions.
- Travel to customer sites as required (50% travel expected).
- Create engaging marketing materials, including instructional videos on using AutoSoftWay.
- Utilize marketing tools to reach potential customers and expand our market presence.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing.
- Strong negotiation skills focused on value-based selling, not just pricing.
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer relations skills.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Results-driven with a hunter mentality, constantly seeking new business opportunities.
- Ability to create and present marketing content, including videos demonstrating product usage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
