Clinic Receptionist
About the role
Yonge Rehab now has a position opened for a full time Clinic Reception to work from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Schedule daily staffing, manage store work flow, and supervise each staff to accomplish their daily tasks
· Prepare the monthly promotion materials and update customer loyalty Programs
· Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record
· Properly open and close clinic each day according to Standard Operating Procedures; complete daily book-keeping and ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy by processing cash, credit card and credit transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets.
· Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves our facilities; accurately book, change and cancel appointments; handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously
· Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
Position Requirements:
· Previous Clinic Reception / Administrative experience preferred
· Knowledge of computer programs; familiarity with "Telus” Billing System, “Jane” Booking System, and other individual Direct Billing systems is a Plus
· Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task
· Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
· Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
· Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
· Excellent communication and listening skills, both oral and written
· Must be a team player
· Mandarin is a bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Direct Billing to Insurances: 1 year (required)
