We are hiring Cycle counter for our client in Etobicoke.

The Cycle Counter ensures accurate inventory control through continuous cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and warehouse organization, supporting efficient supply chain operations.

Principle Accountabilities

· Conducts daily work with an emphasis on safety and injury prevention

· Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.

· Maintain product identification and location program.

· Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and part issues.

· Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.

· Track and report non-conforming product.

· Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.

· Document and adjust damaged product.

· Track and sort inventory.

· Confirm and receive purchase orders.

· Process necessary inventory adjustments including Return Authorizations and scrap.

· Organize assigned work areas, using hand pallet truck or hand bomb, as indicated.

· Observe safe working practices.

· Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner

· Complete required paperwork and documentation.

· Keep warehouse clean and neat.

· All other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience

· High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

· 2+ Years in a Manufacturing environment

· At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or 2 years of Inventory Control experience preferred/ 2 years’ experience in completing cycle counting

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

· Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

· Very strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Computer applications experience using MS Office and an ERP or WMS system

· Effective interpersonal skills

· Able to work independently

· Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours at a time required

· Ability to work in space limited work area on continuous basis.

· Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis

Pay rate: $21 per hour

Shift: First 4 weeks 7 am to 3 pm - after training shift will be 11 am to 3 pm.

Location: Humber line and Finch Dr, Etobicoke.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
