Description

  • Lead and manage the execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project delivery strategies to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project goals and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.

Profile

A successful Director of Project Delivery should have:

  • A strong background in construction project management within the local general contracting industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, valued between $2-10M and $20-80M in scope.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
