- Lead and manage the execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project delivery strategies to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and financial summaries to senior management.

Profile
A successful Director of Project Delivery should have:
- A strong background in construction project management within the local general contracting industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, valued between $2-10M and $20-80M in scope.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- A post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
