This is a hybrid role, in Waterloo, ON (In-office: Tues, Wed& Fri)
Your Impact:

As a key contributor, you'll be instrumental in constructing cutting-edge Information Management Solutions that contribute to sustainable supply chains, support refugees, and enhance medical information access to save lives. What the role offers:
- Translate product requirements into scalable and secure data pipeline features across Linux and Windows environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other product teams to design and implement integrated pipeline solutions.
- Maintain and enhance pipeline components using Python, C#, Bash, PHP, and Perl.
- Manage data flow and integrity across MySQL, MSSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ, optimizing storage and retrieval performance.
- Support and modernize a legacy document ingestion pipeline, ensuring high availability and preparing for migration to AWS.
- Apply security best practices and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards throughout the pipeline lifecycle.
What you need to Succeed:
- Proficient in Python, C#, Bash, with additional experience in PHP and Perl for legacy system support.
- Skilled in managing relational and non-relational data systems, including MySQL, MSSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and SQS.
- Experienced in Linux and Windows environments with a strong understanding of .NET for legacy maintenance.
- Familiar with Docker and containerization best practices; knowledgeable in AWS and cloud-native design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
