Who you are
- English is your primary language. Secondary languages are a plus
- At least 3 years of experience working with customers, preferably in a sales role
- Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience qualifying and evaluating customer needs
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Self-starter, positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team
- Highly organized. You can manage and prioritize several different projects
- Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field of study
- Experience working in the SaaS industry
What the job involves
- This role involves developing a strong understanding of our products and effectively communicating their value to prospective customers through calls, web demos, and email
- After the sales specialist team qualifies leads, you will take ownership of the relationship, deepening engagement through rapport-building and strategic questioning
- You'll identify key stakeholders and navigate the sales process to influence decisions
- Responsibilities include managing and reporting sales activities, collaborating closely with Customer Success and internal teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction, and contributing innovative ideas to improve the sales process and overall customer journey
