TRANSPORT BROKERAGE DISPATCHER

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transport Brokerage Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team.

Duties:

• Perform general office duties, order entry and rate negotiating with both customers and partner carriers,
• Dispatch partner carriers according to customer requirements
• Knowledge of cross border dispatching and customs regulations
• Good understanding of driver’s hours of service transportation regulations
• Experience with Microsoft office and Fleet Manager preferred
• Communicate proactively, updates to customers with shipment status at all times,
• Collaborate with shippers and receivers, to ensure accurate documentation, and timely scheduling of shipment pickup and delivery.
• Help grow business with current customers with daily touch points.

Required Experience:

• Effective negotiating skills with partner carriers to obtain optimal margin and service
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
