Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the incumbent will perform various activities related to order processing by providing prompt, courteous, professional and efficient customer service.

Key activities
- Perform order processing.
- Carry out the required verifications during the processing of orders.
- Participate in the management of customer requests and the management of back orders.
- Work closely with various departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Sales team support: forecasting, sales reports and analysis, etc.
Required Training And Experience
- DEP in administration, AEP in customer service or AEC in administration and office technology.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Skills sought
- Bilingualism in French and English (essential: exchanges with unilingual English-speaking colleagues, clients and suppliers in other provinces
- or countries).
- Computer skills: Excel (intermediate level), Word.
- Team spirit and positive attitude.
- Demonstrate rigor, organization and communication skills.
- Good ability to plan and manage time and priorities.
