What will you be doing?
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Licensing Department renewals process in Quebec, including licensing related ad hoc requests such as province transfers, registration replacements, etc., by initiating our agents to operate on behalf of Holman with the SAAQ. Secondary function is to support the broader Licensing department to support other provincial licensing tasks. This role will also support our office in Laval as a receptionist assigned with various administrative tasks.
What are we looking for?
- The candidate should understand basic licensing processes within the province of Quebec and have a solid understanding of the SAAQ’s rules and regulations.
- Experience in processing invoices accurately with proper accounting coding is important.
- Administrative excellence is needed with a high level of accuracy for data entry and an eye for detail.
- University or College bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Accounts Payable experience.
- Microsoft Office knowledge, including intermediate Excel skill. 3+ years in a professional corporate setting is preferred
- Automotive/licensing knowledge would be an asset
- Must be bilingual (French/English)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to respond to urgent requests from internal and/or external customers, with poise
- Ability to work independently & with other team members within department to achieve team goals
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, customers and vendors
- Excellent organization skills, proactive, organized approach to multitasking

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $47,480.00 - $64,100.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
