ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We’re seeking an experienced server who doesn’t just deliver food — you curate moments. You’re articulate, composed, and thrive in a high-pressure, high-reward environment. You know how to command the room with quiet confidence and charm while anticipating every need before it’s spoken.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver refined, intuitive service that enhances the multi-course tasting experience
- Guide guests through menu items, wine, and sake pairings with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Communicate seamlessly with chefs and sommeliers to ensure exceptional flow of service
- Prepare and maintain immaculate service stations
- Perform opening and closing duties with surgical precision
- Assist in seating guests and managing reservations where needed
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Minimum 1 year of fine dining service experience (required)
- WSET Level 1 or 2 certification (or equivalent wine knowledge)
- Confident, composed, and personable presence — a natural host
- Proven ability to stay sharp under pressure
- Valid ProServe certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

About Nupo
Nupo - "To make life a positive experience for people while they're on a diet"
In 1981, the leading Danish obesity researcher Dr. Flemming Quaade developed a solution that would change the lives of his overweight and obese patients. A formula to help them lose weight while providing all the nutrition the body needs.
