Role Overview
As a contractor, you will play a crucial role in supporting global marketing content operations with a strong emphasis on visual identity review and accessibility compliance for OUS assets. You will conduct quality assurance for marketing assets, ensuring they align with brand standards. Your role involves managing agency relationships and validating accessibility data while making sure assets are ready for upload to the Digital Asset Management system. Additionally, you will help route and manage marketing assets through the content operations workflow, supporting quality control and developing standards.
Day in the Life
- Conduct quality assurance for marketing assets ensuring brand alignment
- Support ADA compliance for EU assets
- Manage agency relationships for accessibility compliance
- Ensure assets are complete before DAM upload
- Develop documentation for identity and accessibility standards
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in content operations and digital asset management
- Familiarity with ADA accessibility standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
