Are you passionate about animals and eager to be part of a fun, fast-paced veterinary team? St. Vital Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Assistant to join our compassionate crew!
What You’ll Do:
As a Veterinary Assistant, you'll be a key player in helping our team provide outstanding care. Tasks typically include:
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians with procedures
- Handling and restraining pets during exams and treatments
- Cleaning and preparing surgical instruments
- Maintaining a clean and organized hospital environment
- Feeding, walking, and monitoring hospitalized patients
- Stocking supplies and preparing exam rooms
- Providing comfort and TLC to pets and their humans
- Inventory
- Answering phones and helping in reception as needed to support the team
- Someone who loves interacting with people and their pets!
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a vet clinic is a bonus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.90 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
