Job Description Your Key Responsibilities :
Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Manage diaries, meetings and business trips.
- Create and manage accounts payable.
- Write and translate documents.
- Manage expenses, invoices and budgets related to department activities.
- Responsible for creating expense report submissions and approvals, on behalf of the Vice-President.
- Prepare, edit and format professional documents, presentations and reports.
- Take minutes when requested.
- Liaise between VP and internal teams and with external partners.
- Participate in the organization of events, etc.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Essential Requirements What you’ll bring to the role :
- Minimum 7 years' experience as an executive assistant.
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite (advanced intermediate).
- Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
- Recognized for dynamism, positive energy, good humor and cooperation.
- Proactive person with a strong sense of autonomy who can anticipate future workloads for his/her superior.
- Versatility, adaptability, organization, prioritization, thoroughness and efficiency.
- Ability and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of initiative and ability multitask.
- Clear, concise communication and a good ability to synthesize information.
- Team player and team player.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience as an executive assistant in a large company and/or at a national and/or global level, an important asset.
- Knowledge of SAP, an asset.
