About the role

Job Summary:

Develops and executes marketing strategies and campaigns that support brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement for assigned brands and product lines.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive customer engagement across the assigned division and brands.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and leadership, to ensure marketing programs align with overall business objectives.
  • Create and manage a variety of marketing content, including technical blogs, white papers, case studies, social media posts, and product collateral, tailored to target audiences and industry segments.
  • Provide creative direction and collaborate with the Design team to produce visually compelling, on-brand marketing assets.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee participation in industry trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other events, including hands-on involvement in event setup and logistics.
  • Serve as brand ambassador at events, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure booth presence and brand representation meet company standards.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, paid media, and web content, with a focus on lead nurturing and conversion from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather technical information and translate complex concepts into clear, engaging marketing materials.
  • Work closely with product management to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, informing campaign strategies and product positioning.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure the timely production and distribution of printed collateral, event materials, and other marketing assets.
  • Maintain accountability for marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenses across assigned brands.

  • Effectively handles complex projects and challenges, escalating only the most critical issues as needed.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of marketing principles, industry trends, and the assigned product portfolio.
  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
