Golumbia Print is seeking a Graphic Designer / Customer Service to join our team. This is a hybrid position that includes both creative responsibilities along with customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design print files for clients.

· Manage multiple campaigns at the same time.

· Work independently and in a group.

· Work directly with clients to understand unique requirements.

· Participate in other as-needed customer service support activities

· Perform all other duties as requested

Key Qualifications:

• Fluent and articulate in spoken and written English
• Strong graphic design experience skills on Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage clients and work well with others
• Strong self-starter; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organization skills; ability to manage several priorities and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer Service experience an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

· 2 years of professional design experience.

· Graphic Design with impressive portfolio.

· Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills

· Ability to clearly and accurately communicate with customers in writing and/or telephone

· · Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
