Summary
As a Deals Administrator at Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd., you will play a vital role in supporting our sales professionals by managing transactions and ensuring seamless operations. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellence and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing real estate transactions from initiation to closing.
- Enter all transaction details into LoneWolf.
- Coordinate communication between agents, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of deals and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare documentation required for transactions and ensure timely submissions.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items to ensure smooth processes.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in deal processing software such as LoneWolf, SkySlope
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Previous experience in real estate or administrative roles is an asset.
