Le titulaire du poste soutient les Conseillers, Services aux particuliers dans leurs activités de rôle conseil et de développement des affaires afin d'offrir aux clients la possibilité d'améliorer leur santé financière globale.

Responsibilities

Se positionner comme un point de contact, en collaboration avec le conseiller Services aux particuliers, pour la clientèle

  • Répondre par téléphone, en personne ou par courriel aux questionnements, demandes d'informations et suivis de la clientèle assignée de la succursale
  • S'assurer que les besoins des clients soient traités à la satisfaction de ceux-ci
  • Supporter les conseillers dans la sollicitation de la clientèle assignée afin d'assurer une gestion optimale du portefeuille des clients
  • En collaboration avec le conseiller Services aux particuliers, suivre avec diligence le calendrier d'échéances des produits financiers de la clientèle assignée
  • Participer à la sollicitation téléphonique et assurer le service à la clientèle
  • Renseigner la clientèle sur les politiques et procédures de la Banque ainsi que sur les différentes campagnes et promotions en cours
  • Appuyer le conseiller Services aux particuliers dans la préparation de rencontres optimales avec la clientèle dans un environnement 100% conseils.

Assurer le soutien administratif

  • Effectuer des tâches administratives et assurer le lien administratif avec les différents services
  • Compléter divers documents selon les priorités et en assurer un suivi
  • Coordonner les dossiers clients, la réception de la documentation nécessaire et en assurer un suivi
  • Supporter les conseillers Services aux particuliers sur la gestion des agendas et la préparation des rendez-vous avec la clientèle assignée
  • Collaborer avec le conseiller Services aux particuliers à l'organisation des rendez-vous clients
  • Collaborer avec le conseiller Services aux particuliers pour assurer la qualité et la conformité des dossiers de la clientèle
  • Collaborer avec le conseiller Services aux particuliers afin d'assurer l'exactitude des données et des opérations et se conformer aux législations en vigueur, aux politiques, programmes et procédures de la Banque
  • Se conformer aux exigences de formation continue ainsi qu'aux pratiques régies par les Organismes d'autoréglementation qui chapeautent l'industrie
  • Toute autre tâche connexe pour aider au succès de la succursale

Qualifications

  • Permis de représentant en épargne collective acquis ou l'obtenir maximum 3 mois suivant la date d'embauche

  • Bilinguisme* (Selon les besoins et les régions)

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales complété

  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente

Compétences spécifiques

  • Forte aptitude dans l'organisation du travail et la gestion des priorités

  • Forte aptitude de communication (en personne, par téléphone et par écrit)

  • Habiletés relationnelles

  • Minutie et soucis du travail bien fait

  • Aptitude au niveau du développement des affaires

  • Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
