For more than 20 years, they've proudly supported healthcare professionals with trusted infection control solutions, including sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaners, disinfectants, and water distillers. Their commitment to service excellence includes same-day shipping and reliable client support.

We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative with experience in the medical or dental industry who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Position Summary You'll play a key role in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring seamless front-office support. This hybrid role blends inside sales with hands-on administrative duties—ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Follow up on leads and foster strong client relationships
  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure efficient order flow
  • Manage customer service requests with care and effectiveness
  • Support reception and general administrative duties
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and products in the sterilization equipment marketplace
  • Maintain and update records in QuickBooks and CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales within medical or dental sectors. Transferable skills are an asset.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • In-office experience in reception and customer service
  • Highly organized with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and CRM tools
  • Dependable, collaborative, and eager to learn
