What You'll Be Doing The Investment Banking Internship provides student(s) with a hands-on introduction to the role of an Analyst. You will work alongside our banking professionals, from Analyst to Managing Director level, and will gain exposure to a variety of advisory and financing transactions and sector types. The Intern is expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with primary responsibilities in the research and analysis related to transaction generation and execution.
Specific responsibilities will vary and may include conducting industry research, building financial models to analyze potential transactions, preparing client presentation materials, and working with banking teams to execute transactions.

What We're Looking For The primary role of the Intern includes, but is not limited to:
- Preparing presentation materials such as PowerPoint slides and summaries for pitch books;
- Working with banking teams to execute transactions;
- Performing in-depth quantitative financial analyses, including corporate and asset valuation analysis;
- Work with the team to maintain databases on transactions and companies financials/multiples; and
- Keep abreast of and analyze the impact on clients of current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
What You'll Bring The Intern candidate should possess outstanding academic records and have demonstrated strong leadership ability through involvement in extracurricular endeavors such as student government, athletics, and cultural and entrepreneurial activities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following
- Strong quantitative / analytical skills;
- Exposure to finance and accounting and / or quantitative modeling;
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis preferred;
- Superior attention to detail;
- Disciplined work ethic;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous project deadlines;
- Ability to work in teams; and
- Highly-motivated and energetic.
Education & Experience
- Seeking a 3rd year business/math/statistics student with an interest in capital markets;
- Resume must include expectaed graduation month/year and CGPA; and
- Internship Duration: May 2026 - August 2026.
Systems & Technology
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
