Job Description:

We are looking for a Website and Digital ExperienceSpecialist responsible for the development, optimization, and management of websites, including front-end editing, UI/UX enhancements, and SEO implementation. The successful candidate will actively manage website updates, search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, and user experience improvements, while also overseeing the execution and administration of marketing technology tools. Additionally, this role will involve optimizing digital marketing workflows, maintaining related accounts, and supporting marketing technology projects to enhance overall online performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Development & Editing with a Focus on UI/UX Enhancements

• Develop, edit, and optimize Quectel’s websites, ensuring seamless functionality and high-quality presentation.

• Execute UI & UX improvements to enhance website experience, navigation, and usability.

• Work with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar to refine website interface and user interactions.

• Edit and update front-end content using WordPress, ensuring brand consistency and content accuracy.

• Collaborate with developers to implement design and performance enhancements.

• Ensure responsive design and accessibility across all Quectel digital assets.

• Conduct A/B testing and usability research to improve engagement and performance.

2. Web SEO & Generative Engine Optimization(GEO)

• Implement SEO&GEO best practices on Quectel websites, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO&GEO improvements.

• Monitor SEO&GEO performance metrics (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and recommend improvements.

• Conduct website audits to enhance search engine rankings and ensure compliance with SEO&GEO guidelines.

• Manage and update WordPress CMP, ensuring SEO optimization and performance improvements.

3. Marketing Technology Management

• Operate, manage, and troubleshoot marketing technology platforms daily.

• Execute marketing technology projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.

• Administer and optimize digital marketing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage and optimize chatbot tools to enhance customer interactions.

• Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to improve marketing technology performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience operating Website technology tools, hands-on experience with Pardot, Mailchimp, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated proficiency in SEO strategies and tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Certifications in SEO or UI/UX design are beneficial but not required.

• Practical experience managing and operating chatbot technologies.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing processes, best practices, and SEO strategies.

• Proficiency in WordPress with experience in front-end editing and content management.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and ensure projects move forward efficiently.
