We are looking for an eager, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our growing company. You will be part of an operations team that ensures our merchants are receiving a best-in-class experience. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of managing Blanka’s order fulfillment from our Vancouver warehouse, as well as drive forward ad-hoc strategic projects. YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT THE ROLE BECAUSE…

• You will implement processes to ensure Blanka’s operations are flowing smoothly

• You will oversee order fulfillment, which includes picking, packaging and shipping products nationally and internationally, as well as receiving inventory and overall QA

• You will communicate directly with Blanka’s merchant success team

  to address any order-related inquiries

• You will manage inventory levels, by ensuring accurate records are maintained and new inventory is ordered as needed

• You will prepare reports and metrics for Blanka’s management team

• You will help source new products and categories to add to Blanka’s platform

• You will work with Blanka’s shipping carriers to negotiate improved rates

• You will work closely with other stakeholders in the fulfillment process to ensure orders are on time

• You will learn to implement improvements to Blanka’s fulfillment SOPs

• You will work on ad-hoc strategic initiatives with Blanka’s leadership team

WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE

• Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000 depending on the candidate’s relevant education and experience
