- Preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Managing kitchen staff and overseeing daily operations.
- Collaborating with the dietary team to create menus that meet residents' needs.
Required Qualifications
- Culinary diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a culinary role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a senior living or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutrition.
