Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Assistant to support our sales team in guiding homebuyers through the exciting journey of purchasing a new home. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, greet potential buyers, maintain model homes, and ensure a professional and welcoming sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and register prospective homebuyers, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative duties including data entry, scheduling appointments, and filing.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of model homes, sales office, and community signage.
• Ensure marketing materials and displays are stocked and up to date.
• Support sales consultants during open houses, events, and community tours.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• Valid drivers license

Work Environment:

• Must be able to work in a model home sales office environment.
• Some local travel may be required.
• Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 34 per week
