About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, detail-obsessed Administrative Assistant to join us on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operations team by organizing critical data, keeping systems clean and up to date, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Do:
- Enter, clean, and manage data across spreadsheets and internal systems
- Support provider and client records with precision and accuracy
- Double-check information and flag discrepancies
- Assist the operations team with administrative projects as needed
Requirements
**What We’re Looking For:**
- High attention to detail — you catch the little stuff others miss
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel/Google Sheets
- A love for structure, organization, and getting things done
- A positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Bonus: You’ve worked in healthcare, behavioral health, or fast-moving startups
