Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee multiple print projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is a hybrid of project management and account management — ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping everything on track and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication
- Coordinate with internal departments including design, production, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor timelines and workflows, identifying potential issues and resolving them quickly
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project management or account management, preferably in the printing or creative services industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of printing processes and terminology is a strong plus
