Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and possess a valid life insurance license in Ontario. You must have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients understand and manage their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and policy support
- Provide professional, accurate, and timely responses to clients by phone, email, and in person
- Assist with policy changes, claims inquiries, and administrative follow-ups
- Liaise with insurance carriers and internal advisors to ensure smooth case processing
- Translate and explain insurance terms and policies to clients in Cantonese or Mandarin when necessary
- Maintain and update client files and records in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license in Ontario
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a brokerage or insurance office is an asset
Work Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- On-site at our Thornhill office (Hwy 7 & Leslie)
