Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Senior Financial Analyst -Corporate FP&A, you will play a key role in building out and supporting our overall FP&A team in the management of budget and forecasting processes, showing up as a leader among the greater Finance team. As a key contributor on the Finance team, you will be a key support in global financial consolidation and reporting, as well as development of global processes and calendar management.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Corporate FP&A team at Arc’teryx is responsible for providing leadership, clarity and steering to the greater Finance and FP&A team, as well as the overall organization on key financial planning and forecasting activities. The team also leads the monthly and quarterly global reporting on business performance, both internally and externally. Through review of historic financials, variance analysis and KPI tracking, the team advises on key areas of performance improvement and strategic direction for the company.
If you were the Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Supporting with process management for the corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Weekly global reporting – leading the global weekly reporting shared with leadership team
- Financial Calendar Management: Overseeing and coordinating the corporate financial calendar, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams to meet Global deadlines and key deliverables
- Financial Consolidation & Reporting: Supporting with preparation of global financial consolidated monthly and quarterly business reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial insights
- Process & Systems Optimization: Driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Management Reporting & Analysis: Supporting with buildout of reporting initiatives aimed to provide visibility in actuals, and any monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
- Long term planning: Supporting team with development and maintenance of long-term strategic planning model, working cross functionally with teams on key assumptions and drivers
Are you our next Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A?

- You have 5+ years of proven experience in a finance and/or Financial Planning & Analysis role.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent and ideally have your CPA, CMA, CA, CFA, or MBA
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You have advanced analytical skills with a strong aptitude for MS Excel and data analysis tools
- You are highly proficient in accounting systems and business intelligence (BI) tools
- You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can collaborate with individuals across departments, organizations, and countries
- You can coordinate and lead projects to completion
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You can balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$94,000 - CAD$129,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.
