About the role

Partnership Coordinator Volunteer - EmpowHERto

EmpowHERto is a dynamic volunteer organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women from underserved communities. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Partnership Coordinator Volunteer to join our team and drive our mission forward through strategic collaborations.

Role Overview

As the Partnership Coordinator Volunteer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships that amplify our impact and create opportunities for girls aged 14-21 to thrive and effect positive systemic change.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Development

o Identify and engage potential partners aligned with EmpowHERto's mission and values

o Develop and execute innovative partnership strategies to support our programs and

initiatives

  1. Relationship Management

o Nurture existing partnerships through regular communication and updates

o Coordinate collaborative initiatives, events, and campaigns with partners

  1. Strategic Planning

o Work with the EmpowHERto team to create partnership activation plans

o Align partnership efforts with organizational goals and programs

  1. Impact Measurement

o Track and evaluate partnership outcomes and impact

o Provide regular reports and recommendations for enhancing partnership strategies

Qualifications

 Proven experience in partnership development and management

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

 Analytical mindset with attention to detail

 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

 Familiarity with current trends in youth empowerment and gender equality

 Passion for EmpowHERto's mission to empower girls and young women

Preferred Skills

 Experience in non-profit or volunteer organizations

 Knowledge of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, or leadership development programs

 Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems

Impact Opportunity

By joining EmpowHERto, you will contribute to our goal of positively impacting over 1,000 girls across Toronto and Fort Lauderdale by 2026. Your work will directly support our programs in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, mental health, leadership, and mentorship.
