Surrey-Cloverdale Urgent and Primary Care Centre

FH invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in one of Canada’s fastest growing and culturally diverse cities. The Surrey-Cloverdale Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) has Full time, Part time and Locum opportunities available.This clinic is situated in the quaint downtown Cloverdale area.

We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals and administrative support.You will function as an essential member of our clinical care team and will have a choice of longitudinal, urgent care or a combination of both. We aim to provide patient centred and trauma informed care to our clients and our mandate is to serve the vulnerable and medically complex in the area.

Remuneration:

Contracted in accordance with the provincial physician master agreement.
