As a Program Supervisor, you’ll provide collaborative leadership to support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and family services across Head Start sites. What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily site operations, ensuring program delivery aligns with agency standards
  • Employee relations and human resource support by fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high involvement work environment that supports staff well-being and engagement
  • Financial management by collaborating with Program Operations and Finance teams to develop and manage site budgets
  • Interdisciplinary team leadership by building strong teams that deliver wraparound services to children and families
  • Professional development by engaging in leadership development and support ongoing learning opportunities for staff at all levels
  • Promote a culture of health and safety across sites, ensuring staff, children and families are safe and supported

About You

You thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment where no two days are the same, bringing integrity, empathy, and a passion for making a difference. With strong communication skills, you build trust and foster teamwork while delivering results and maintaining service excellence. Your ability to plan, organize, and adapt ensures efficiency in achieving goals.

Must-Haves:

  • Post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field; supervisory or leadership training preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in early learning or family-centered programs, with demonstrated experience in team leadership or supervision
  • Strong understanding of Head Start program standards, early childhood development and family engagement practices
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration, lead through influence, and engage staff in participatory decision-making
  • Knowledge of Trauma Informed Practices (asset)
  • Valid Driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle, as traveling to sites and family homes is required

Working with Us

This position is temporary full time at 40 hours per week. Immediate start date with end date of January 15th, 2026.

Supports Mayfield, Grovenor & Lorelei-Beaumaris sites. Compensation starts at $34.94/hour, with increases based on experience and qualifications.
