Job Description
As a Sr. Manager, Agile Delivery Services, you will be responsible for leading and managing agile delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage agile delivery teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles and practices.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their agile skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and agile delivery.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
- Experience in a financial services environment.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
