Established in Halifax, NS, in 1996, Samuel & Co. has focused its initiatives on providing the ladies of Atlantic Canada with boutique fashions in the convenience of a mall setting. Today, Samuel & Co. is thriving with its eleven stores across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Ontario.

What will you do?
- Take initiative & inspire your team to generate sales and create lasting customer relationships
- Effectively train & coach the sales team
- Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store
- Communicate product needs with your Store Manager to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty
- Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business

- An energetic, sales driven leader
- You must have a special place in your heart for the fashion retail culture
- Effective communication & time management skills are a must
- Ability to lead a team to go above and beyond sales targets
- Must have exceptional one on one selling skills, as well as relationship building savvy
