About the Role:
Clients’ Collaboration Services Technology team is actively seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer to support and enhance their modern workplace ecosystem. This role will play a key part in delivering a secure, efficient, and scalable end-user experience across the organization, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments.
- Provide engineering and day-to-day operational support for Microsoft 365 core services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure/Entra AD.
- Lead the organization-wide migration of legacy file share systems into SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to integrate M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint) into core business processes and applications.
- Oversee integration and support of third-party governance tools like AvePoint to manage SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive environments.
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of overall IT experience, with a significant focus on SharePoint technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 platforms in a support and engineering capacity.
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD, and Microsoft security frameworks.
- Strong team collaboration and a commitment to enhancing the end-user experience.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
- Hands-on experience with AvePoint Cloud Governance tools and policy configuration.
- Exposure to working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.

Pay: $42.00-$43.00 per hour
