About the role
Voyago is hiring a full-time Technician Assistant for our Kitchener location Your Role Reporting directly to the Fleet Manager,
- Garage Maintenance
- You will maintain the cleanliness of all work areas by ensuring garbage cans are emptied, floors are swept and pressure washed and work benches are clean and clear
- You will dispose of all scrap metal
- Technician Assistance
- You will assist the technicians as needed
- You will perform small mechanical repairs
- Vehicle/ Parts Delivery
- You will load, transport, and deliver parts to and from Vendors as needed
- You will pick up and drop off units to Vendors as needed
- Inventory
- You will assist the Fleet Administrator with daily inventory counts
- You will stock incoming parts as needed
You are available to work Monday to Friday: Daytime shifts Hourly wage: $21/hr Requirements Your Profile
- You have completed secondary school or equivalent
- Your post-secondary or vocational specific training is an asset
- You bring experience using hand tools and cleaning equipment
- You have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- You have a full G Ontario Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
- You can obtain a clean criminal record search
