Part Time/Casual Exterior Cleaner

General Description:
To keep the entrance ways of the mall, the parking lot and the perimeter free from debris as well as other duties assigned following the Operational Service Procedure-Job Safety Assessment.

Candidate must have a Driver's License and have own transportation.

Shift Details: Morning shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Evening shift: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Wage: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform the Vehicle Inspection Checklist.
• Check around the vicinity and act according to priority.
• Clean all spills (if there’s any) and remove all hazards found throughout the site if possible and report it to the
• Sweep/Pick up litter and cigarette butts in the sidewalk and parking areas
• Sweep/Blow or vacuum sands, cigarette buds and small stones in the sidewalk and parking areas that cannot be reach by the sweeper machine.
• Mop corridor, Garbage and Recycling rooms
• Empty and wipe all the exterior garbage and recycling container.
• Squeegee glass door
• Wipes clean all garbage and recycling bins and operational signage
• Blow/Sweep areas between sidewalk and parking block.
• Sweep all loading dock areas, entrances, sidewalks and around all dumpsters
• Pick up garbage around the perimeter
• Clean and remove graffiti as required
• Report all full compactor, garbage and recycling bin.
• Clean the loading and unloading docks
• Clean the vehicle use.
• Clean the office and washroom.
• Purchase Gasoline and diesel
• Do the necessary documentation
• Report all near miss incident and hazard found to the Supervisor and/or Manager.
• Other reasonable requests from management.
