Job Overview
Canarm currently has an opening in its Sales Department, Agricultural Business Unit, working in the office located in Arthur, Ontario. As the Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have an Agricultural or Business education, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to customer service.
Responsibilities
· Answering calls from customers in a prompt and courteous manner
· Entering orders using Canarm’s order entry system
· Assisting customers with technical/product questions
· Recommending appropriate products as required
· Partnering with Sales Managers to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
· Coordinating order fulfillment and shipping requirements for orders out of our warehouses (all locations)
· Other ad hoc assignments as required by Vice President – Canadian AG
Minimum Requirements
· College diploma or university degree in Agriculture or Business Administration or equivalent experience
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
· Experience using Microsoft Office products, i.e. Excel, Outlook
· Previous customer service experience and bilingualism are assets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 40 per week
