We are seeking a motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads and support our sales team. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls, introduce our cladding solutions to potential customers, collect relevant information, and schedule follow-ups for our sales representatives.
This is a key role in expanding our customer base and building the pipeline for future sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads in the construction and building industry
- Introduce our company and cladding material offerings in a professional and engaging manner
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant project and company information
- Update CRM or internal databases with accurate contact and lead details
- Schedule meetings or call-backs for the sales team
- Follow up on previous outreach efforts and track responses
- Collaborate with sales reps to ensure a smooth hand-off of warm leads
- Maintain call volume and meet weekly outreach targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales support role preferred
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with a wide range of professionals (builders, contractors, architects)
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and friendly on the phone
- Organized and detail-oriented with basic data entry or CRM experience
- Positive attitude and interest in learning about construction or building materials
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

- Experience in the construction or materials supply industry
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Resilient personality and driven by targets or results
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
