Main functions
- Oversee daily FOH operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage and train FOH staff (hosts, servers, bartenders).
- Ensure high levels of customer service** and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage FOH scheduling and labour control.
- Monitor inventory for FOH supplies and beverages.*=
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
Requirements
Completion of Secondary V may be required, followed by 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader in a dining room or kitchen, or in a management position in a retail business. Work schedules are generally fixed. Frequent work evenings, weekends and holidays. Office work outside peak hours.
