The Role
Pedalheads is looking for part-time Customer Care Associates who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main role will be to assist with inquiries into our children’s bike and swim programs, resolutions and appropriate follow-up. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our customers’ trust.
As someone who will represent Pedalheads on the front line, ultimately you will help maintain our established reputation as a company that offers excellent customer care.
Availability
Evenings and weekends required. This position is based out of our Vancouver pool locations:
Jericho Hill Centre 4196 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6R 4J5
Stan Stronge 719 West 59th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6P 1S1
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
- Manage program registrations, process merchandise sales, and handle administrative tasks.
- Communicate program/class updates effectively to customers.
- Answer phone calls and email inquiries regarding registrations, program promotions, payments, refunds, and address any family concerns.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain facility cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to resolve customer issues.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Superb customer service skills and an upbeat personality.
- Completion of Grade 12 required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; exposure to call centers, retail, hospitality, or front desk environments is a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Office 365.
- A driver’s license is an asset.
Wage Range
$18.40 - $20.00 per hour
