Position Overview:
As a Casual Material Handler, you will be responsible for all major material movements within the production facility. You will ensure all moves are made in a safe manner and are properly recorded/input into the warehouse management systems.

Job Description:
- Transport and distribute materials and goods within the facility
- Pick and stock orders
- Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- Pack and unpack goods
- Install, lash, and secure goods
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months working in Wage Grade 1 or higher.
- Reach Truck, Narrow aisle, and Picker Truck experience is preferred.
- Must be able to prioritize numerous demands and possess good time management skills
- Must be able to communicate written and spoken English effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision.
- Ability to regularly lift and handle material weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Familiar with computer/tablet use; basic understanding of Microsoft suite is preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates with accredited reach truck/forklift certification.
- A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator.
- Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a safe manner and comply in all aspects of the organizations policies and procedures.

- Hourly Rate: $24.72 - $35.02 / Hour
