Job Title: Help Desk Analyst Location: Onsite Edmonton, AB Type: Contract (2 Months )

The Position: Our client, a not-for-profit organization headquartered in Edmonton, is seeking two enthusiastic, tech-savvy individuals to join their team for this short contract to support staff as they undergo a company-wide migration to M365. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates from a computer technology or IT-related program to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment!
What You'll Do:
- Provide first-level support for staff experiencing issues related to the M365 migration.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
- Escalate more complex issues to the core IT team.
- Maintain a helpful and professional demeanour while assisting users.
Mandatories:
- Recent graduate of a computer technology, IT, or related program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work onsite in Edmonton, Monday through Friday.
