This is an exciting student role. If you like being involved in strategic planning, performance management, research, policy analysis and report writing, then this is the role for you.
Title: Planning and Performance Student
Salary: $19.87 - $24.66 - $29.43 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term – (Anticipated Sept 2025 to July 30, 2026)
Hours: Casual 37.5 hours (Mon-Fri core hours 9am-3pm)
Location: Park Royal Office (Metro Vancouver) location on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations – Hybrid - (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
About the role
As the Planning and Performance Student, you will be providing support to the planning and the development team. You will be reviewing and analyzing strategic information from various parts of the organization, creating content for the annual report, preparing reports for the FNHA board, creating presentations, and producing public-facing documents.

- Masters degree candidate
Experience
- Experience in any of the following areas an asset: strategic planning, performance management, research, writing, policy analysis, engagement, communications, and data management and collection

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
