Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work in a warehouse and distribution facility setting to provide efficient coordination and communication between our clients, the warehouse floor personnel and operations, and company management.
Duties and Skills
● Preparing, editing, and maintaining weekly/monthly reports, and other documentations.
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward Clients,
Customers and LSS associates.
● Good command of English language (both verbal/written skills)
● Ensure Client satisfaction and provide professional customer service.
● Calling Clients to follow up or discuss matters of business.
● Following up on emails to ensure matters are resolved.
● Attention to detail and creative problem solving.
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
● Prepare BOL paperwork for LTL, FTL shipments.
● Routing of Shipment via Client Portal
● Assist with placement of orders, modifications, or cancellations.
● Load Client data files and update Client Profiles
● Filing and data logging
● Data Entry, Order Creation
● Arranging services for Clients ie booking carriers
● Issuing Return labels or Scheduling Return Pickups
● Quoting Shipments (FTL, LTL, Small Package)
● Scheduling daily pickups for all couriers/carriers and following up.
● Direct escalation to emails to Facility Manager, Managers and Supervisors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
