Serving as a member of the IT Department**,** the IT Endpoint Technology Specialist will oversee the management, administration, delivery and optimization of the endpoint management platform(s), end-user hardware and operating system(s) and end-user software applications. This includes ensuring compliance with organizational policies, security mandates and industry standards through regular system audits.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Administer the Endpoint Management platform(s), configurations, patch and security management, inventory management, vendor and consultant engagement and support;
- Provide strategic planning around Endpoint architecture, future enhancements, pre-production testing/QA and lab development;
- Ensure all platforms meet or exceed industry standards for version, configuration, security and compliance;
- Provide escalated technical support to IT Staff for issues related to Endpoint hardware, software, integrations and implementations;
- Manage escalated and critical incidents to come to a resolution;
- Routinely build, test, deploy and support endpoint hardware drivers and configurations for all Endpoint devices Board-wide;
- Software and application review, testing, packaging and deployment;
- Research hardware and software applications for enhanced capabilities, testing of internal software applications for functionality, compliance and compatibility;
- Collaborate with the Privacy & Enterprise Risk department regarding user data security;
- Regularly participate and/or act as the primary resource on Board wide strategic IT projects as it relates to Endpoint Technology, Endpoint Management, Security, Support as well as Software integration and or deployment;
- Create and maintain any documentation, policies, procedures, as they relate to the systems, platforms, integrations, processes and other materials to setup, configure, support and maintain Endpoint Platforms and support(s);
- Architecture documentation as it relates to endpoint platforms as well as build books/design documentation for all Endpoint platforms and systems;
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Three-year College or University diploma - IT focused program required;
- Over four years of direct field related experience;
- MCSE Windows/InTune and/or SCCM Certification is an asset;
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in managing, configuring and supporting Microsoft SCCM Endpoint management platform in a complex environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft InTune and some familiarity with other endpoint management tools such as Jamf, Google Admin preferred;
- Thorough understanding of Windows, iOS and Android operating systems;
- Broad knowledge and understanding of endpoint systems, such as device enrolment and provisioning, configuration, device compliance, patch management, application packaging, virtual desktop infrastructure, and group policy management;
- Proven experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 environments;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; troubleshooting of complex issues;
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
- Ability to work independently on projects with no supervision;
- A proficient understanding of networking fundamentals and equipment (TCP/IP, DNS, routers, switches);
- Manage tasks in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.
This is a full time, permanent position.
**HOURS:**8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
