Sherway Nissan is looking for a Accounting Clerk to join their accounting team to cover a leave of absence(possible extension).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivables
• Accounts Payable
• Process/post vehicle sales
• Prepare daily deposit
• Post manufacturer vehicle invoices and Dealer Trade invoices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• College Diploma in Accounting an asset
• Computer literacy
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational ability and attention to detail
• Two (2) years working tenure in A/R and/or A/P
• Dealership experience an asset
• CDK experience an asset

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Automotive Dealership: 1 year (preferred)
• CDK Software: 1 year (preferred)
• Accounting: 2 years (required)
