We’d love to hear with people with:
- Must be 19 years of age (as per provincial licensing standards)
- Early Childhood Educator Certificate
- Current standard First Aid certification
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with as Early Childhood Educator/preschool setting

- Provide 3 references of a professional nature (Ex. employer, supervisor, colleague, teacher, coach, etc.)
- Provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check Check/Vulnerable Sector Search issued no later than six (6) months preceding your start date. The YMCA will provide applicable instructions and paperwork.

We are a local charity that ignites the potential in people, helping them grow, lead, and give back to their communities.
Our YMCA serves over 40,000 individuals each year through 3 health and fitness facilities, 12 child care centres, youth employment services, mindfulless programs, and many community initiatives.
Thanks to our generous donors, we are able to offer vital programs and financial assistance to those less fortunate, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate. We address critical issues facing our community, including poverty, isolation and inactivity.
