About the Role
A Pioneer Sales Associate is responsible for exceptional customer service and near-perfect customer satisfaction. We take this very seriously, and Stellantis (the manufacturer) insists on it. Stellantis sends surveys to every one of our customers to ensure that we have exceeded customer expectations.
You will learn everything there is to know about the products that we sell and you will become a product specialist our customers can trust and rely on for accurate and honest information.
As one of our sales professionals, you will be responsible for achieving your sales targets by coming to work to work. You will be self-managed, but held accountable to strict performance expectations that we know produce top results in our industry.
You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, via texts, emails, and phone calls, so strong verbal and written skills are mandatory.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote and complete the sale and proper representation of vehicles and automotive products with the highest level of customer service
Articulate the automotive vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services
Complete all sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner
Be educated on all automotive product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and automotive industry trends
Actively promote and develop new business
Consistently following up with customers, maintaining rapport, and advancing sales opportuinities
Qualifications:
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's license (mandatory)
- Valid VSA license required (this can be achieved once you are hired)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write fluently in English
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Computer Skills - MS Office applications, Outlook, VIN Solutions
