Summary
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at TXT ELD. In this role, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving project success and maintaining our commitment to excellence in fleet management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and schedules.
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of plans.
- Train and mentor site staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction management.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and compliance regulations.
- Familiarity with construction estimating and management software such as ProCore.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
